All rentals of chairs, tables, marquees, and balloons are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. A rental agreement will be provided, outlining the specific terms for each event.

Full payment is required prior to the delivery of rental items. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate changes, but last-minute adjustments may not be possible due to scheduling constraints.

Pristine Nest Events is not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the use of our rental items. Clients are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their events.
